YES!!!! The internet NEEDS to get 'Utility' status!!! Waaaay toooo many businesses DEPEND upon the internet to be ABLE to DO Business.

If not given utility status, then at very LEAST enact laws PROHIBITING companies from interupting service in the same manner that these two companies have!!! It is extremely sad/aggrevating to have just one/two companies be able to shut the internet down like this instance. It can NOT be allowed to happen again!!! PERIOD!
