Boldly Go Google
It's a no brainer. Wi-Max is the true goal here. The dialups and the cable guys blocking access for all will be instantly obsolete when someone with bucks implements Wi-Max over city and countryside. One antenna every twenty miles or so will start the whole ball rolling. Hot spots will be entire cities. And Intel announced six months ago that it was incorporating the technology into it's Centrino line. Goodbye, last mile.
