Keep your hands off my ISP!!!
If you're concerned about rural services, this bill should really irritate your interface. The intent is to place all Internet services under a telco-style regulated framework. Needless to say, you're nice rural ISP is going to be the last one to be able to deal with this. Once they're gone, do you think the remaining utilities are going to build in rural areas? Say goodbye to rural broadband America!

While you're saying goodbye, say farewell to diversity of products driven by your friendly local ISP (both rural AND urban).
