AOL is already in trouble with that one. Their "Internet" access already blocks access to several web sites (and I'm not just talking about their "parental controls" function) without any rhyme or reason as to what is blocked. I agree, there needs to be a provision for access or use of ISP-based parental controls. There are many, many sites that just have WAY to much information for children.
