Sorry, the ASCII diagram sucks!
I noticed that it has problems after I published. The point I was making was that he was implying about using IP (layer 3 data) and broadband (layer 1 and 2). I was trying to block off layers 3 through 7, where the TCP/IP protocol suite resides in the OSI model.
