The government should restrict its bill to infrastructure. Getting broadband to the rural areas should be a concern and be addressed. But once the infrastructure is in place, the government should NOT involve itself in the 1s and 0s being transmitted! Whatever data is being transmitted should be of NO CONCERN to the government! If all americans have access and freedom to transmit their data, that's ALL the government should provide.
