Yes..US!!! Kick out the shrubs and bushels and roving rumsy chenified lunatics and get back to the business of solid transparent accountable intelligent American governing. It is high time to rid the US government of all the criminal/incompetent trash and get real people who have training and experience in the matters important to effective governing.
But to answer a question about why some people didn't leave, I think it's because they didn't want to abandon their homes and risk it being looted, and they thought that the prediction about the storm was hyped up in order to scare people away. I bet you a gazillion dollars that some or alot of those leftover homes are being looted by FEMA, local authorities, and possibly many other "relief" organizations.
