I did notice that there were over a 100 school buses that were flooded out to get the people out with. Why weren't they fueled up tuesday and have a convoy of 6000 people per pass? They were just parked there in the yard destroyed by the flood.
They could have made 6 runs in 3 days if planned right. They also could have escorted the prisoners out with a few buses, cops with shotguns instead of cutting them loose in the city.
Why didn't they walk out like a defeated army leaves its toys on the battlefield? A mass exodus would show some effort. If I lived there I would have walked out with a food napsack if car was dead.
Dubya doing a photo-op.
Mayor cannot plan.
Governor hiding under desk.
Police looting.
Prisoners murdering people.
FEMA making it worse to control it.
