- Vonage Blackmails you into extra T&C's

Not only do you have to agree to the 911 terms, but vonage has stuck additional terms for their service including that you can't reset the VOIP adapter with "written permission" and you can't log into your account without agreeing to both. For 3 months I have been unable to check account status or listen to my voicemails online cause it won't let go any further without agreeing to both. I've spent untold hours on the phone trying to get someone in the corporate office to listen to me. I get people saying "just agree", we won't even enforce them... gotta love people like that. I acutally hope my service gets terminated...can you say "class action" suit?
