Greatest thing since sliced bread? Think again.
Ones initial reaction to free(?) or low cost(?) Muni-Access Services (MAS) is either GREAT, or "Who needs it?" I'm in the GREAT category, especially IF it meets the FREE/LOW Cost criteria. However, when one realizes that it's proposed by Special Interests and administration and or "oversight" will be in the political domain, you start to go "Hmmm" Politics makes for strange bedfellows, even in the "City of Brotherly Love" (LOL-ROTF!)
