How can you designate any line (information) in this age? All lines carry information these days. What about VOIP over dsl? Pretty soon 1 line will carry all data voice, etc in and out of your house. What about data over your electric lines, because unless we go wireless, that is a real possibility. It just shows what happens when someone who knows nothing about what they are regulating spouts off at the mouth. We are creating a web of "technology law" written by imbeciles with the motivation of profit. Pretty soon you won't be able to click a web link without going to jail.....and the moronic masses will say good for him, he broke the law. The sheep will continue to tread water and say things like "there should be a law against that" until we're ruined. But they won't care because they can still go home to their couch each night.
