After reading the "common carrier rules" link in the article of this phone vs cable information battle, I noticed one small piece of info ...
It must be driving Verizon nuts that they HAVE to allow (Time Warner)-AOL to operate thru their lines while (Time Warner)-Roadrunner is free from the regulations of phone broadband.
