FCC to hammer out new DSL rules

It's all about $$$: "The initial draft proposed that DSL providers would no longer have to contribute 10 percent of their revenue into the (USF) fund."

As usual, loss of our money to the government is their only problem! Now they will have to treat DSL like cable as far as not collecting these rediculous "charges" that get passed on to you and me.
