What fool thinks that is a fair price for something that is increasingly given away - FREE - on a nation-wide basis.
Not only do I think there should be NO charge, but I certainly don't think they should have ANY access to my credit card information for billing.
The more people tapping into your credit card info the more likely the information will be abused, stolen, or, more likely, sold.
