Yea, Cox.Net FINALLY raised their speed
a bit, but the AVERAGE Japanese still hase 6 or more times the speed at about 1/3 the cost. Also, the SIZE of the files that COX allows people to upload are tiny. % Megabytes INCLUDING a 1.4Meg header. What a joke.

All in all, people have just given up and gone to DVDs in the US Mail. It is faster.
