- I would believe it
- Cingular has always been slow in every aspect of it's business (it had to purchase it's way into number one spot, and Verizon is closing the gap) so I would imagine the cost of purchasing AT&T has put a bit of a strain on it's finacials. Whats that mean? Less money for services for it's customers.
