FRANCHISE FEES
Hey, stop ranting at Comcast concerning franchise fees. This fee is mandated by the Federal Goverment and are paid to your local city/county goverment so they can do what they want with them. Talk to someone in your local goverment and ask them what and where these fees are going. Comcast keep none of the money
