there is noticable differnce though in color
When you go from 256 thousand color to 3 Million colors. You won't notice it using just desktop apps but pop a DVD in and watch that. Not sure if that has anything to do with the color though. Could be just how the DVD plays down missing color that the human eye can't see anyways. Guessing there.
