Looks like No_Ax called this one wrong.

To expensive at $1000 per person.
I doubt many people will be willing to spend $1000 a person to do it.

In reality, this (fiber) allows for better and faster service than any RF type, though it does lack the mobility factor of Wi-Fi (WiMAX does not support mobile devices such as laptops and smartphones yet, so it is not a player here).
