Since when does GPS not find height?
If you're triangulating in a 3D space, how exactly do you *not* find height?

GPS is pretty damn accurate - down to around 10 feet.

The only reason for this kind of technology is, of course, going to be densely populated downtown areas, but even then, how confident that your wi-fi points know their *exact* location, and who's going to set this up?

This is only going to get useful if there is some easy way to specify exact location for the access points, and if you can't get GPS...
