Waiting from Broadband over Sewer pipes
There is new technology being developed to deliver broadband over a city's sewage network according to the Bush administration's new Office of Da Internet (ODI).

It's referred to as "Terabit signaling via Underground Residential sewage Distribution System" (TURD). This is a very exciting alternative and additional broadband competition.
