catch 22 - radio industry and FCC incompetence! they say that new entrants
into the ether have to have a license to broadcast on a specific frequency and have to limit the interference to other frequencies
but
then they say that the same technology has to be able to handle that inerference that is not supposed to be generated in the first place.

that is because public institutions such as law enforcement and educational don't have to abide by the rules. the pbs station can get a license to broadcast on a frequency and wipe out every one within 2 light years with impunity.
and we have to just tolerate it.
but when it happens to them it is squashed.

time for a revolution!

if BPL will bring it, i say go for it.

yo.
