The fact of the matter is the FCC has put in place interference laws. Assuming they are adhered to there should be no major problems. The real problem is the lateness with which BPL has matured. It will be eclipsed by WiMax and WiFi before it gains a foothold. We are already beating a dead horse. The horse just doesn't know it's dead.
