The option of Intentionally unsecured is the preffered option of those who can't figure out how to make their hotspot work unless its totally open. The same reason that many wifi routers come with no security enabled by default. Anyone can make it work without security, because all you do is turn it on.

Those are the people I'm talking about whose wifi routers are being leached. And why I argue its like walking into someone's unlocked home. If you assume that an open hotspot is intended for public use, you would have to assume that unlocked homes are open for public use. But its not always the case. There is no way for people to tell the difference between you, the person who wants an open hotspot, and the person who has an open hotspot because its the only way they could get it to work or because of not knowing.
