I wonder how they'll handle open wifi
How will they handle open wifi? If they treat WiFi as Cellphone (assuming that its always closed) then they'll kill open wifi, since you can't possibly know if the guy opened his connection intentionally for you to use or not.

I bet the companies that sell commercial WiFi services will crawl out of their holes to lobby for this one. Recall the "Open WiFi = Help Terrorists" BS?
