BPL to each customer
That is exactly what we are doing -- at a lower cost than DSL. Close to that of wireless. Definitely cheaper than wireless in most rural areas. I am not talking about a place which is 70+ Kms from the closest other user though. In places like that it is still better to go satelite. Such places do exist.
