No Ax, I'll give you this debate regarding the rural areas, with one big caveat. If the BPL technology is cheap enough to deploy on a per customer basis, then I can agree that utilties will provide this as an additional bundled service, with the actual provider being the BPL ISP, and the utility milking that BPL ISP for an access fee or equipment collocation lease. Otherwise, the rural folks will be waiting and waiting for something that will never come.

That is... until satellite or cell RF service gets there to serve them... wirelessly.
