I don't understand something, how come no companies like Direct TV, Cable companies and Utilities like PSE&G don't get charged the USF fee? I think that would be more fair, because none of those items are luxuries anymore.
Having a cell phone isn't a luxury anymore, it's common place now. Just like having cable TV or Satelite TV. Everyone has a phone, it's not a luxury, the only thing that's a luxury now adays is excess amonuts of money
