Get use to it - I think NOT
In fact the idea to "just get use to it" is VERY insulting. To think that someone else would have the right to inflict cost on something that I spend my hard earned money on without my authorization is totally unbelievable. And to think that you would have the nerve to write something like that, is CRAZY. If you think you know your readers, you need a reality check. I totally agree with Howard.
