I Found An Easy Way To Deal With Telemarkers
I had some that called after I was on the do not call list, I went out and purchased one of those air horns you use at hockey games, if one calls me I act like I'm interested in their offer, ask them to hold on one second while I get a pen, then blast them in ear and hang up.

I never hear from them again.
