As much as Mectron needs to use a spell checker, I agree with the analysis. There is a traceable, responsible party that has pockets deep enough to go after and that is the scum company offering the merchandise. If they are stupid enough to market by telespam or email spam then they are the ones to bankrupt. I have no qualms about driving them out of business for bothering me with UCE or telemarketing. I also report EVERY piece of spam by a forward as attachment. These go to:

uce@ftc.gov, security@sec.gov, or 419.FCD@usss.treas.gov

depending on if it is normal spam, a stock comeon or a financial scam or phishing expedition.

It's good to see the fccinfo@fcc.gov for telemarketing. And the TCPA info in another post. Since my Cell has caller ID and I don't answer blocked calls on it it wont matter to much if the marketer hangs up on me when I ask for company info.
