1 You cant telemarket a phone the customer pays time to use;
2 If a marketer DOES, you have the right to sue in Federal Court for ACTUAL MONETARY DAMAGES or $500, whichever is GREATER. (thats a $500 cell minute!)
3 You may sue in any US district court WHERE: the caller lives or does business; or the infraction occurred, which presumably is where you got the call.
