eBay's fault?
Why is eBay to blame for this, rather than those selling the tickets? Couldn't those ticket holders just as easily have sold the tickets in newspaper ads or on street corners?

Should eBay have rules restricting the sale of certain items? If so, who should make the rules? Who should decide what can and can't be sold on eBay?
