The citywide Wi-Fi reality check

If they are doing it to help the low income: If they have the extra money to have a computer then they can afford Internet and if they can't, then stop playing on the internet and get a better job or move to where you can find one.
Using the excuse of I can't find a job won't work, as long as we import people to work for us, some people just have not gotten hungry enough to find a job I guess. So let?s give them free internet at the cost of tax payers so low income can sit and play internet games or gamble until there next unemployment check comes.

I will go along with giving low income ?free internet? if they give the labor to write for a Government grant to install and maintain the system, and install and maintain it them selves.
