Good points breaking out all over
I guess at the end of the day it boils down to what we each think is a reasonable use of taxpayers funds.
If an individual doesnt think that broadband is a public service then I can see it sticking in their craw a tad.

down there is where the discussion is about how and who gets to decide what is in the "public interest".
