Readers Misled
Philadelphia Mayor John Street misleads people when he says that "There are huge neighborhoods that you'd think would have access to broadband that don't".

There isn't a single neighborhood in Philadelphia---not a huge neighborhood, not a medium sized neighborhood, not a small neighborhood---that lacks access to broadband service from Verizon and Comcast.

The reader should wonder why someone would make such an obviously false argument.
