If the city pays comercial providers to install the network, why not???
So the city should not be allowed to put in public streets either. No sir, only comercial streets with tolls. Really, if the city can put in a system that results in substantial savings for the citizens, they almost have an obligation to do so. This is also a matter of economic development to help businesses. Many businesses will not be able to compete without broadband. Just that simple
