i dont know if you are joking, but ...
i actually had helped someone recently with this. when they went to click the icon, they were evedently dragging it a couple of pixels at the same time (when they clicked the mouse moved) thus creating copies of the icon and in some cases shortcuts to shortcuts. the icons went off the side of the screen. as you delete the ones you see, you could see the ones you couldnt see. when i went to the windows explorer, you could see all these icons on the desktop folder. funny stuff.
