- That is the problem w/ security

Everyone is an expert and everyone has a different opinion and solution. And a majority of the people on the Internet are so dang confused with all their ric-a-mor-role talk jive!
I do agree with one point that ISPs need to be more responsible at what happens on their network. Just plugging 13 million customers in and collecting a monthly fee is NOT good enough. They need to earn their money.
