That dude has WAAAAAY too many things running. There's no reason to be running three different antiviruses simultaneously. For Windows I just use Spybot's immunize feature, Spywareblaster, Zonealarm, and Avast. The immunize feature sets up a nice blacklist of websites, Spywareblaster prevents the install of rogue cookies (even for Firefox!) and AvtiveX controls, avast is far superior to norton or mcaffee (and it's FREE!), and zonealarm does a good enough job as a firewall. Then just hook your box up to a hardware firewalled router and you're done. I never get spyware or viruses, and there was even a month or two where I wasn't even running an antivirus, and I had zero problems.
