Netscape is usually a ways behind
If I recall correctly, Netscape tends to be several versions behind Mozilla, using older builds rather than the latest one. A new version of Mozilla just came out last week plugging several security holes:
http://www.mozilla.org

I doubt that it's been incorporated into the slower moving Netscape, considering that 7.2 has been out for a while now.
