Compensation From Trend Micro 4/25
I just received a response from Trend Micro, saying they will not repay me for the $62.00 I had paid to Best Buy have my XP computer checked to find out why my computer was frozen up on April 22. It wasn't until Monday, April 25, I discovered it was a problem caused by the very people who are supposed to PROTECT my computer! I am suggesting that all of us who were put out by hours of having to deal with this problem, as well as actual out-of-pocket expenses file a national CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT to recover for Trend Micro on this. Maybe this is what that company will require, as they are not being reasonable at this point in time.
