- i agree and add...
- at least they figured it out, admitted it to not only people who use their av software but also me, i only use the housecall website. as an isp tech support guy, i had the info to let my co workers know. and thaks to a post here about how to fix it, i didnt have to think long and hard about how to do it. i appreciate trend micro's responsibility in this case and think they put out good software. and not to mention, they fixed it before 24 hours. microsoft should take some notes.
