- How Do I Get My Laptop Back Up

My Laptop was knowed out by this update Friday evening. Since that time it will only boot in Safe Mode and will not allow me to turn on my LAN, which is how I access the internet. Because I can't get on the internet, their is no way I can receive an update from Trend Micro to fix the problem. What am I suppose to do now?
