"Forum Systems chief executive Wes Swenson predicted that XML viruses will become common as people store Office documents in XML format and as developers use the SOAP, which is written in XML, in tools for company-to-company communication."

What they mean developers using "the SOAP" -- are they implying that most developers don't wash? I've never heard of SOAP ... but "the SOAP"?

And when was SOAP "written in" XML? Good job guys -- good to know that the authors are familiar with the technologies. LOL
