How do you know the MP3s aren't legally purchased off mp3tunes.net.
How do you know the users haven't got the CDs or tapes, and therefore legally own the music.

ANSWER= You don't.
I'm sure this guy will have all sorts of reasons why what he thinks he's doing is right.

But it is wrong.

(I am totally against illegal file swapping but that doesn't give this guy the right to do this
if he eventually owns up, I'm sure legal owners of music will be suing him for causing them work).
