The current time is 1,072,051,200 seconds (Midnight 12/
22/2003) from 1/1/1970. Therefor this code SHOULD NOT
HAVE PROBLEMS, it should behave just like Unix.
Unix uses a signed number so it'll have problems in the year
2038, when 2 billion seconds will have passed from 1/1/
