Forget it - we have republican control taking away all rights!
"Automakers are held accountable for flaws to their cars that cause injury or may hinder operation of the vehicle." Except when the driver's liability insurance can be made to pay.

"Drug companies are held accountable for medicines that harm or kill people." There are LOTS of medicines that are very dangerous and were approved by the FDA, and until the FDA reverses their official stand on those, they will continue to hurt people with no impunity.

And with current political maneuvering at federal level, people are losing their rights to sue any company for anything!
