FREE SPEECH?????
Our forefathers when drafting the Bill of Rights or the Constitution did not envision our techniclogical future, There was hardly a mail system at that time and I am sure thier mail boxes were not crammed full of useless advertising for viagra, porn, morgages and the Paris Hilton sex video so why should ours??? Spam is NOT freedom of speech it's junk garbage advertising and belongs properly in it's place...In the TRASH!!!
