Australians don't have any right to free speech
Australia has no "Bill of Rights" nor any guarantee to the
right of "free speech".

The Federal and State governments have the right to
introduce legislation to restrict speech and have done so in
areas such as Victoria's Racial Vilification laws, Privacy
legislation, and here. Works for us.
